A boiler component is a particular component or element that is essential to the operation of a boiler system. The boiler shell, tubes, burners, heat exchangers, water level controls, safety valves, and pressure gauges are a few examples of the parts that it might have. Steam and water are contained in the boiler's outer shell, and hot gases are carried down the tubes to transfer heat. The burning of fuel takes place in burners, while heat exchangers move heat from flue gases to water. Safety valves guard against overpressure while water level controls keep the boiler's water level at the proper level. Boiler pressure is tracked with pressure gauges. For a boiler to operate safely and effectively, each component is necessary.
